Update To Grading

Hello,

As we navigate through this online learning environment, there will undoubtedly be changes from week to week, or even day to day. One of the changes I need to make is with the grading in MS Teams. While in the end the grade you receive will be a Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory (or Pass/Fail), MS Teams requires I assign an actual number.

So here's the changes:

Grade - I will assign each assignment a maximum of 100 points.

Satisfactory - If the assignment is 'Satisfactory', I will reply with a message saying you're done and give you 100 points.

Unsatisfactory - If the assignment is missing something, or you need to correct something, I will reply with a message telling you what's missing or what needs to be corrected and give you 0 points. All you need to do if fix the assignment and resubmit it. I will check it again. We'll do that until I can assign it the 100 points.

Entering Grades - When I enter grades in Skyward Grade Book, those with 100 points will receive a 'Satisfactory' and those with 0 points will receive an 'Unsatisfactory'. Those who never turned in the assignment will of course receive an "Unsatisfactory'.

The point is, I'm don't want to give anyone an "Unsatisfactory', so you will have several chances to get the assignment correct.
